Whole wheat flour (Atta) - 2 cup
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts, almonds and raisins and transfer them to a plate.
- Then roast whole wheat flour in remaining heated ghee in the same pan on medium heat until it begins to smell nice.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Stir continuously.
- Then transfer this into a bowl and add raisins, cashew nuts and almonds to it. Mix well and allow them to cool until warm enough to handle.
- Take small portions of the mix and roll to balls. Store atta ladoo in an airtight jar.
