Ingredients
Gram flour - 2 cup

- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts and raisins and transfer them to a plate.
- Then roast gram flour in remaining heated ghee in the same pan on medium heat until it turns golden brown and smell nice.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Stir continuously.
- Then transfer this into a bowl and add raisins and cashew nuts to it. Mix well and allow them to cool until warm enough to handle.
- Take small portions of the mix and roll to balls. Garnish the ladoo with almonds slice and pistachios.
- Store besan ladoo in an airtight jar.
