          Ghee                              -  2 tablespoon
            Cardamom powder       -  One pinch
              Cashew nuts                  -  As required
                Preparation
                • Heat ghee in a pan. Roast the cashew nuts and keep aside.
                • Then boil the milk in a pan. Add the grated carrots to it. Stir occasionally. Cook until the milk has completely evaporated.
                • Add sugar, cardamom powder and ghee to it and mix well. Sugar will release a lot of moisture. Continue to cook until the halwa thickens.
                • Transfer the halwa to a bowl and garnish with nuts. Now your halwa is ready. Serve the carrot halwa warm or chilled.
                Useful tips:
                • Always use fresh carrots that are less fibrous.
                • You can also use almond, saffron, and pistachios for garnish the halwa.
