Salad cucumbers (peeled &
cut into cubes) - 1 small
Capsicum (deseeded & cut
into cubes) - 2
Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp
Olive
oil
- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp
Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp
Salt
- 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Place the tomatoes, salad cucumbers, capsicum and parsley in a bowl. Add olive
oil, toss and blend well together. Finally, add lemon juice, salt, pepper
powder and toss well again and serve it.
