Bull's Eye Egg

       Bull's eye egg or fried egg is commonly served alone or as an accompaniment to bread or rice. Let's see how to prepare this.

    Ingredients
    Egg                      - 1
      Salt                      - a pinch (as needed)
        Pepper powder    - a pinch (as needed)
          Oil                       - 1/2 tsp
            Preparation
            • Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1/2 tsp of oil to the pan. 
            • Crack the egg into the pan (hold the cracked egg about 2 inches from the hot pan and break it open). Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top of the egg. 
            • Cook until the egg whites are fully set. The yolk should be runny. 
            • Remove it carefully on to a serving plate.
