Ingredients
Cabbage - 1/2 of one medium-sized cabbage (finely chopped)
Preparation
- Using your hands, mix grated coconut with turmeric powder and salt or you can just pulse 1 time everything together coarsely in a blender.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the cabbage to the pan and saute well.
- Then add the coconut mixture and green chillies to it. Mix everything together.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally. If the cabbage starts sticking to the bottom of the pan, then sprinkle some water all over and cook again.
- Cook till the cabbage is tender.
