Ginger lemon black tea

       Today I tried Ginger-lemon black tea. Its taste is so good and refreshing. It is a delicious beverage which has several health benefits. Let's see how to prepare tasty ginger lemon tea.

    Tea powder         - 1/4 tsp
      Ginger                - 4 to 5 thin slices
        Sugar/honey       - as needed
          Lemon juice       - 1 tbsp
            water                  - 2 cup
              Preparation
              • Boil water in a saucepan and add tea powder and ginger to it. Allow boiling for a few minutes.
              • Then strain the black tea immediately and add lemon juice and sugar or honey to it (If you are adding honey, allow the tea to cool before adding honey).
              • Serve ginger lemon tea with avil samosa
                Useful tips:
                • For a strong ginger flavour, you can extend the boiling time or use more slices of ginger.
                • Avoid adding honey while steeping your tea, as the flavour will change the steeping and cooling process.
