Wheat dosa with sweet coconut filling is one of the simple and easy instant breakfast recipes which can be made at home. Let's see its recipe.
Ingredients
For batter:Whole wheat atta - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 1/2 cup
- Mix grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder together in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
- Add water and a pinch of salt to the wheat flour and mix it to make dosa batter consistency. The batter should neither be thick nor too thin.
- Grease a pan or tawa with a little ghee in the center and heat it. Once the pan is hot, reduce the heat to medium.
- Take the ladle of batter and pour it on the center of the pan and spread it in a circular motion. Do not spread too much. Make medium-sized dosas.
- Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of ghee around the dosa. Then spread a small quantity of coconut sweet mixture to it.
- Once the corners start lifting up, transfer the dosa from the pan to a plate (no need to flip the dosa to the other side.
- You do not need any side dish for this dosa as it tastes good on its own.
