    Ingredients
    Carrot (chopped) - 2
      Sugar                   - as required
        Lemon juice         - 1 tsp
          Water (chilled)     - as needed
            Preparation
              • Take chopped carrots, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a blender. Blend it till you get smooth puree of carrots. 
              • Then add the remaining water (if required) and lemon juice to it. 
              • Blend it again till incorporated well. Pour the carrot lemon juice into glasses and serve.
                Useful tips:
                You can strain the juice, if you wish, to remove the pulp.

                                                                                                                • Cover the pan and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally. If the cabbage starts sticking to the bottom of the pan, then sprinkle some water all over and cook again.
                                                                                                                • Cook till the cabbage is tender.
